OPTION A: 6.15am for a 6.30am roll off.

Pete ‘The Creator’ is taking our intermediate and experienced riders on a merry chase through Boneyards. There will be big climbs and technical descents. If you haven’t explored this area it’s well worth the effort but only if you have the skill and fitness. Pete and a few other Turkeys spent two days this week making sure the trails in here are rideable post storm so it would be a crime not to ride them. Still a few ‘damp’ patched by all reports and watch out for Monty, apparently one of the Turkeys thought he was about to eat him!

OPTION B: 6.45am for a 7am roll off.

Our lovely Wil is taking those less enthiusiastic (or able)  for laps of Ferny Forest. Gather in the carpark and do a couple of laps of Ferny Forest, even more if you want. Our Favourite 10km loop copped an absolute hiding during the storm a couple of weeks ago resulting in it being closed for a few days. All clear now thanks to the hard work of a few and by all reports it’s riding beautifully now.

Both groups will meet at Brew Ha Ha in the Ferny Forest carpark for a social cuppa afterwards around 8.30.

Those doing Boneyards meet at Mooloola Cemetry opposite Daisy’s Place on Steve Irwin way.

Ferny Forest riders meet at the Ferny Forest carpark opposit the Big Cart Track on Steve Irwin Way.

WHO: All levels of rider catered for across the two options. CORCA and MTBA members prefered for insurance purposes.

OTHER INFO: Please make sure you take plenty of water, a snack and spares for your bike. Oh, and something to scare to Mozzies away.
